A very beautiful octagonal cut cornflower blue sapphire of 3.50cts approximately mounted in a brushed 18k yellow gold oval pendant, the pendant loop designed so that it may slide onto any of our beaded Serpa necklaces, and it may also be worn on our heavy gold chain, as shown.
