Terms and conditions & shipping

Shipping:

Orders shipped to a United Kingdom address will have Value Added Tax (VAT) included, orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom will have Value Added Tax (VAT) removed from the price of the goods.

Please be aware that all orders being shipped outside the United Kingdom will be liable for local customs and duties.

Customs duties and/or local tax is not included in our price. Customs and local taxes will depend on the country and state you're having the item shipped to as customs duty and taxes differ from country to country. Contact your local customs office if you're unsure of any applicable taxes and customs charges.

We cannot be liable for any delays due to customs or tax clearances.

Shipping Destinations & Timeframes:

We ship internationally to over 50 destinations. Our normal shipping times are:

United Kingdom: 1-2 Working Days*
Europe: 2-3 Working days*
North America (US & Canada): 2-3 Working Days*
Rest of the World: 4-5 Working Days*

**Unfortunately we do not ship Jewellery to South America, Mexico and China due to
jewellery importation regulations.

Tracking:

We will send you an email when your order is dispatched, containing a tracking number and link. You will be able to track your order through all stages of the delivery process.

Bespoke items are created on a made to order basis and we aim to deliver them in the time specified on the specific product’s page. Items may take less time than this and we will inform you via email when this is the case.

We cannot be liable for any delays due to customs or tax clearances.

There may be shipping exclusions relating to general shipments or specific items of jewellery for specific countries. We will be in touch if this is the case for your country.

If you do not see your country at checkout, please contact us and we may still be able to deliver at our discretion.

Bank Holiday & Weekend Orders:

We will be closed on bank holidays.

Please note that any orders placed within this timeframe will not be shipped until the first working day following a United Kingdom bank holiday or on a Monday.

Delivery Partners:

All UK orders will be sent via Royal Special Delivery or Fedex.

International delivery will be sent via Fedex.

Note that generally deliveries will be made during Monday – Friday.

Insurance:

We do insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.

For international orders, we require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Anna Kerr Ltd and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Returning Your Order:

You can return any non bespoke item for a refund within 14 days of receiving your original order.

Please contact enquiries@anna-kerr.com to process an order return.

Bespoke items are created on a made to order, customised basis and are not able to be returned or refunded unless there has been a manufacturing fault.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping arranged by us will be added your refund.

Returns to us must be in the original packaging and packed in the same method it was received.

We are not responsible for any damage or loss of items that occur in transit to us.

We are unable to refund any customs charges or sales tax.

All goods will be inspected on return. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may return it to you.

We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase, unless agreed otherwise.

If the item is out of stock in the size or colour you have opted for, then a refund will be issued instead. You will be contacted by a member of our team to inform you of this.

WARRANTY:

Our Warranty

Any manufacturing faults will be repaired free of charge within 1 year of purchase, all other damages will be chargeable.

Jewellery damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Proof of purchase is required for this repair guarantee and it is only applicable to purchases made on the Anna Kerr website.

If you believe that your goods were received damaged, please contact us within seven 7 working days of delivery and we will do our best to help you.
